Street Art in Nicaragua Documentary
Hi everyone, I just wanted to share a part of my completed research project with you all about the life of street art and grafiti here in Nicaragua. I wrote a paper about how urban art is used as a form of communication in four types of conversations: political, social [movements], protest, and expressive [personal or otherwise]. I concluded my research by questioning the future of this art in Nicaragua, and thoughts on how it could be even more successful like its neighboring Latin American countries.
I created this short documentary to be paired with my research paper:
While most of it is in Spanish (some parts in English with Spanish subtitles), I hope you can all still enjoy it!
