So I am currently living in London for the semester as part of AIFS study abroad. I've been here just over three weeks, and now that I'm all settled in, I might as well start up a blog.
Basically, the first week I was here was dedicated to meeting everyone in the dorm, and doing lots of orientation kind of stuff. Since there were no classes, we also had plenty of time to do all of the touristy stuff. I got to go up in the London Eye, visit Stonehenge, and check out the Roman Baths.
The next week classes started. I have class every day during the week starting at 10:30. Normally I'm done by 5, so I have plenty of time to explore the city. Now that I got all of the tourist stuff out of the way, I am excited to start experiencing the city that way the locals do.
Well, I just wanted to make a quick introductory post. London is fun. Should only be more fun in the future. My next class starts in 30 minutes, and I'm trying to get tickets to a Tottenham Hotspur futbol (soccer) game before class, so I'm going to leave you here. I'll be posting a lot more in the future.

Thanks so much for sharing Sam!! So great to hear how much you've done in the short amount of time you've had in London. Sounds like like you're really taking advantage of your time abroad. I love the pictures and look forward to hearing about your adventures to come as well as any advice you have to share along the way. Enjoy! -Melissa
